Shipping Domestic (Canada)

All pre-made items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date. Made to order items will take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. We ship via Canada Post, tracked package and it can take between 2-10 business days.

Shipping International

Orders shipped internationally can take up to one month or longer due to customs. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes.

Returns

We understand that shopping online can be daunting! We are happy to return any item(s) that you are not 100% satisfied with. Item(s) must be unworn and in new condition. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item(s). Returns are at the cost of the customer. Returns will be issued once the item has been received and is deemed re-saleable. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days if applicable. All customized items are non-refundable. Please note ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges.
